Hi my name is Jesse, I live in Mariënheem with my girlfriend.
End of 2024 I bought two Quansheng uv-k5(8) at a well known chinese web shop.
At first just to play around in my scouts group, for example to talk to each other from one side of the camp ground to the other.
Later on, after a little research, I learned the possibilities of these radios. My girlfriend's dad 'PD0RNC' showed me his radio setup and made me interested in getting my license.
On the last day of 2025 I got my license and callsign.
I'm looking forward to make new connections and learn from the 'old men' on the repeater PI2RLT in Raalte.
